File Charges!

I have heard of a similar incident here in NC. You could easily file charges of sexual harassment. The best thing is that the public finds out about it, and you can't be pushed under the table then. I would if I were in your shoes. You must protect yourself in this case. You can't jeporadize your career for protecting the people who should be protecting you. The union should be able to guide you on this, however I would move fast according to your thoughts of them possibly thinking you could be the one encouraging his actions. In special education, you try so hard to be advocates for the children and therefore put our own needs second.
