    Depends on the Mom

Last year I had 6 kids who's parents were teachers. Three of them from my building. I was to say the least, STRESSED OUT!

Well, as it turned out. They were some of my most supportive parents. They understood the stresses and the needs I had. Only one of them asked me about their child all the time, but it's her only son so I kind of expected it. She still was very supportive.

This teacher won't be in your classroom on a daily basis, so don't worry too much.

I have found over the last few years that although you work with a lot of people, teaching is really a isolated job. Nobody will notice little mistakes or things that didn't go the way you expected.

I don't know how long this mom has been a teacher, but I have yet to find the perfect one. Unless she is super anal, and a helicopter, I don't think you need to worry.

Good luck. You don't need any more things to stress about before your fist year of teaching.

    Deep Breaths.....
