21 By School Time

So far I have 21. They added another class in another school last year so I'm not supposed to get new kids. But I heard that last year, too. If I have anyone who moves, I will get more kids.

Numbers aren't everything. The second hardest class I had was 16. They needed to be in 3 or 4 different classes since they played off each other. It was a second grade.
