By LiveLaughLove

Clip to ScrapBook
I have a plan book and a info book.

Plan book
Tab 1. Curriculum map/SSS
2. Student Accomodations list
3. Student BDays
4. Seating Chart
5. calendar format Lesson plans
6. observation notes
7.
policy procedures (tornado, bomb, fire, etc)

Info book

Tab 1. HR class emergency forms with parent communication log on back. At the beginning of the year, I copy the form from the office onto a communication log. Wow...I can not tell you how easy it makes keeping track of it. Love that idea I got from someone on here.
Tab 2. Same thing for period 2
Tab 3. Behavior
points spreadsheets
Tab 4. A modified grade book I made on excel. I am required to enter them in the cpu, but I like having a copy available for myself to look at easily.
Tab 5. Blank Conference forms
Tab 6. Behavior plans
Tab 7. Referrals

I also have other odds and ends. Just don't remember.
