school doesn't allow it

We have a software program called Raptor at our school. All parents have to sign in at the office when they enter the building. No parents are allowed to come to the rooms in the morning. If we see a parent walking down the hall that doesn't have a visitor's badge on we have to report them to the office and the principal comes and gets them. Most of the time we can just ask them if they have signed in at the office and they will turn around and go back to the office.

Raptor is a software program that scans drivers license. All sex offenders are in the system and it flashes red when their license is scanned.

I think you would have to have the support of your office staff in order to enforce this.
