conferencing

At my school we are required to meet with each parent at least twice a year. I have at least 24 students so I have at least 48 conferences with my homeroom kids (not to mention the times I stay and no one shows up and we reschedule or the divorce parents who can't be in the same room together and have to hav seperate conferences). There is no way that I could also conference with the kids that are my team teachers kids. My team teacher and I conference with each other about all of the students (we do this throughout the year, not just at conference time) then we meet with the parents of our homeroom kids. I am availbale if there is serious problem or if I am requested by one of my team teacher's parents. Usually, I can address questions via e-mail.
