Workshop

I don't think I'll be of much help. I never really did the workshop component (at least not the way it is in the book!). I always did guided reading. I've never done "centers" the same way for two years. One thing I did do last summer was go through all of the books and map out the grammar component so that I could make centers for each and use those. This year I'm going to slip more into a Reader's Workshop model. It will be the first year I do this so only time will tell what it will wind up looking like.
