hard to handle
By georgia teacher

Clip to ScrapBook
I don't know the rules in your state, but it sounds like they are very strict about brreaking contracts. Here in Georgia it is not easy but we don't necessarily loose our certificates. What state are you in? I know you want
to stay anon. And I understand why. I wish I could do more for you because I know teaching a child as difficult as yours is very hard and stressful and you live with it 24/7. Will you have to have this child next year? Does your state law say you must have a parapro for the disability you teach? Surely there is some protection for you, at least in finding help to try to teach this
child. Is the administration supportive of you? From long distance I can only offer to listen and this---
Phillipians 4:13 (i think) "I CAN do all things through Christ, who strengthens me" 5 months seems like a long time- and for you it may be- but it will end and then meybe you can make some changes. I will pray for you and the child so that some learning can occur in your classroom. Hang in there Georgia
