number of posts/scissors?

I am wondering what the scissors in the upper right hand corner of my post means?
Also I have made about 20 posts, which the tally was correct last night, but tonight when I got on it shows I have made 0 posts? Is this a glitch in PT that is being corrected? Or does this change monthly?
