With DS his started over 150, but very soon was always UNDER 150. I knew he was a boy when it did that. By around 12-14 weeks his rate dropped to that range. Most girls tend to be over 150. However, I did have a friend whose DD was always around 120. She was kind of laid back kid. She didn't even walk until 18 months as she was in NO hurry said her mom. Best of luck with the pregnancy!
