We use wide clear tape to tape our books. I have hundreds of books that are taped and they hold up to many students checking them out. The cheap tape works, but it is harder to handle. Wal-mart has some that is a little thicker. We have volunteers and some of our support staff helps tape books when they have a little extra time.
