I have used the site for 4 years and love it. It is a huge time saver and great for parents to use. I have never had any problems with it.

I have each individual subject at 100% and then go to edit sub categories and entered test, homework, etc (making sure they add up to 100%) I am not sure if this helps, you can send me a private message if not and I will try to help you further.
