I don't know

Clip to ScrapBook
about anyone else, but my didn't evolve intentionally. I was a cheerleader from the age of 7 to college. Six months after having my son, I found myself teaching a cheerleadering class, having an all-star team, and now an
elementary school cheerleading coach. The theme of All-Stars came gradually over time until I realized that I had a theme. It was totall unintentional.
The students love it. My door is decorated with an "All-Star Students" sign with their names on individual star. My incentive includes having monthly All-Star Celebration. For weekly assessments, my students receive a Foil Star
for each passing test. This became competitive when the students started counting the stars on their incentive charts to see who had the most. Boy, did my assessment scores soar.
All in all, I would say that I love it! My colleague always did the yellow smiley faces theme, and I didn't understand the point. Now, I am always on the look out for stars, but I dont' seek them out intentionally. Whether or not you know it, your theme is Bright and Colorful.
