Front Page and Publisher are two different programs.

That page will get you to a free trial of publisher. It's almost like a combination of Word and something like Print Shop/Print Master. You have to add a text box to be able to type, add a clipart box, etc, BUT you have complete freedom over where/how you want each item positioned, unlike Word.

I love it and couldn't live without it. I even nagged my computer paraprofessional long enough and got it on my school computer!
