I have taught both 2nd and 3rd grade. I taught third grade and made the switch to 2nd. It was not an easy move. I have heard it is harder to go down then to go up. I agree. I did a loop with my class last year from 2nd to 3rd. It was a wonderful and relaxing summer. I say go for 3rd. Good luck, Kim
