I thought about starting something similiar this year. I teach 4th grade, so I don't think the weekly thing would work for me. I thought about giving each student an incentive chart to keep at their desk. At the end of they day if they did not pull a card they can put the chart out on their desk and receive a sticker or check in one of the boxes. After ALL of the boxes are full they may go to the treasure box. Once they get halfway through the chart I thought about letting them get a sticker and a piece of candy--just to keep them motivated.
