I agree with all the posters here, but at this point I dont think you should have to defend yourself. How does she know how you calculate the grades anyway? Can she pull them up on the internet? If so she would see that last grade wasnt on there. The last test that you didnt count, did you grade it and send it home as if you did? I like what one poster said, have the mother send you a letter explaining how she came up with what she thinks is her daughters grade and then go from there.
