We are a Baldrige school so we are required to keep data and make changes to instruction based on our data. I've been doing Baldrige work for about 4 years now, but last year was the first year it was| required of our entire staff. A different tool was introduced each month and we were expected to use the tool to help our data drive instruction. It was a good way to introduce this idea in a manageable way as not to be overwhelming. I've found the process so beneficial in helping my students set goals and work hard to reach those goals.
