2. Have you had any need to incorporate the "rest stop" ideas from Responsive Classroom? I liked the idea and have used it some- having kids draw their behavior on half of a form, what the better choice would have been on the opposite half. 3. Do you have any set "consequences" that you explain to your kids at the begining of the year, or do you do more of the "logical consequences" on a case-by-case basis? I don't think that I have had many, if any, kids who behaved any differently due to the goofy red, yellow, green chart. I rarely use it since I think kids who are enganged and motivated don't mis-behave too much. Any kids I've had major behavior problems with were special cases who could have cared less about the colors and needed much more individualized plans!
