Time for Math
By JR

Clip to ScrapBook
I have found that the only way to get everyting in is to step up your pacing. I plan quick short warm ups that take no more than 10 min. after we check them we go into the math lesson. Here is my schedule if it will help.

8:20-10:30 Math
10:30-11:15 Spelling/Read Aloud
11:15-11:30 Recess
11:30-12:00 Lunch
12:00-1:40 English/Reading
1:40-2:25 P.E./Music/Accelerated Reader
2:25-3:20 Science/Social Studies

I always do a math assessment on Friday then we play a game related to something we learned on Friday or do a funny problem solving story where they work on them in groups.
