I did this one year when I had block walls and it was imposssible to staple or tape anything to a block wall. I hot glued foam board in 4 pieces to make 1 large bulletin board. They only negative was that it wasn't very friendly to using a stapler. The staples left big holes. It was a 1-year deal, it was not in usable shape by the end of the year. I'd do it again if I was desperate, though!
