Math Time
By JR

Clip to ScrapBook
I spend 90 min a day on math. We have a state test at the end of the year which takes up part of our time on strategies and I do Problem Solving with them then a warm up activity listening and coloriing things on the color chart, reading a math story and making everyday connections, Mountain math, etc. math drill with tapes and then we do the lesson. I find that the more warm ups I give the children the better they are in the frame of mind to teach math.
