Kids Discover is great. I started purchasing them for my sons when they were younger, so I have a pretty good collection. Last year I used the Time for Kids with 4th grade, but a lot of it was too difficult for "my" 3rd grade. Still, there were some nice articles that we were able to discuss. I don't know if it comes in different levels or not.
