What about one of these options?
*Instead of the white paper labels people usually use, buy clear labels. I have used these on things I want to reuse for years. They peel off very easily.
*Do you have access to a label maker? If not, it's a great investment. I use mine a lot. I have a Brother pTouch. You can print in fonts that are pretty large. These will peel off laminated surfaces, too.
