...I don't think I'm going to do it this year.
It just took too long for my kids to get a BINGO, so it wasn't that important to them.
I had a very multi-level system of rewards/consequences in place last year where individual students got rewarded monthly (school wide program), groups got rewarded with free choice minutes daily (they started each day with 10 and could gain or lose), and the whole class got rewarded through behavior bingo- but it took up to 2 months, or longer, to get a bingo.
I was new to 2nd last year and still had a bunch of stuff from the teacher I replaced | |
in my desk- I found a marble jar, so I think I might try that this year for whole class rewards... I'm just not sure, but I don't think I'll use Behavior bingo again.
