I can't tell you how muc help you all have given me for my beginning of the year training/orientation. Although I work in the after school program sector, I'm still responsible for orientating my taff and I believe that all of your point of views about likes and dislikes will help me to have a much more interesting, entertaining and organizes orientation process.
