I can certainly empathize with you. That sounds exactly like my year in fourth-grade last year. Do you have a schoolwide discipline plan or one with your team? It really sounds like the plan that is in place needs to be changed quickly if possible since it isn't getting you the results you want. Do you teach character ed. in anyway (in your spare time, right?). We are beginning a program called Second Step this year and I am hoping that will help a bit. Stay strong and don't let your spirit become drained!
