Summer ideas...
By lov2teach2

Clip to ScrapBook
Are you teaching these students because they need summer school or is this a summer program for fun?
You could get some dollar buckets and put your books in their for your library. Also every once in a while have them bring some beach towels and have a reading time on the floor. Beachballs would be fun to decorate with but also to write things on and practice skills they need help with. Have a umbrella in the Library where they can lay down and read under. I hope these help, I am in fourth grade so I don't know any books that might help you. Good Luck!!
