behavior
By SusanTeach

Clip to ScrapBook
If he's that much of a distraction, shouldn't he be in a behavior modification class? Is it really fair to the other kids to allow him to act that way when parents aren't willing to medicate him? I know that's not your
fault, but I'm just curious if administration has mentioned that.

I wish I had some words of wisdom for you, but the only child I had that was similar to that, was capable of controlling himself when he found out he was failing. Hmmm..... It was still hard for him, but it's amazing how the parent stepped in and did some disciplining when I told her he was failing.
He couldn't focus long enough to finish an assignment, much less learn a new skill.

I'd love to hear what others say - I've heard there's one moving up next year that likes to "swim" on the floor on a regular basis.
