These are just some things I include:
My first page is a short welcome letter to parents which includes a paragraph about me. I also include a supply list, an explanation of my grading system, rules, behavior expectations

(which they sign and return) why parent involvement is important. I also include a sheet which highlights some curriculum areas we will focus on during the year and a few websites for Reading and Math...;) Oh, I also include a sheet on Academic Expectations and School Bus Rules. A Volunteer Request sheet , and A Parent Brag sheet for them to share things about their child. I

guess it kind of depends when your Open House is...ours is before school, so I like to give them a head's up! :)
