mailboxes
By Bertie

Clip to ScrapBook
Same as above posters - love 'em. My parent helpers can file for me easily because the names are alphabetical by first name. I insist birthday invites go into mailboxes instead of being delivered hand to hand. (Less obvious).
I keep worksheets I consider more important till the Friday Folder, but daily math or printing practice, fun sheets like dot to dot, items I've confiscated, all go into mailboxes, and straight home...not in desks to get crumpled. I can scan in a few seconds to see who has forgotten to take their papers home. I made mine out of paper milk cartons, stacked to fit my shelf perfectly,
taped together with library tape then covered with mactac. When I cut the top off I leave a triangle hanging down for the name. They've lasted about 6 years.
