I think jobs are great for the students. I only work with a few...paper people (they pass out the papers), attendance (they take it to the office), chairs/floors (put up chairs and pick up pencils, crayons,etc), supplies (make sure art supplies, scissors, glue are neat), bookshelves (need to be organized), and "on vacation" (these students get a break). The favourites of course are paper people and attendance. I assign 2 students per job. I assign the jobs every Monday on a rotational cycle. Hope this helps, Laurie.
