Join a postcard exchange
By ismile

Clip to ScrapBook
There is still plenty of space if you are looking for a postcard exchange to be involved with for the next school year. We currently have 16 states and the Philippines involved. If you don't see your state, consider signing
up. This is the one that was started on the third grade board a few days ago, but I thought more would have the opportunity to sign up on this board. To sign up, post your state and email address. If you don't want to post your email address you can either send me a private message, or email my personal account which is teachertiffany@aol.com.

Here are the states that we HAVE:

Wisconsin
Kansas
Texas
Indiana
Arizona
New York
Oregon
California
Louisiana
Illinois
Florida
Arkansas
Connecticut
Oklahoma
North Dakota
Alabama
Georgia
Philippines

I don't have any directions or anything to send you yet, in fact, I am not the one that started this particular exchange, I am just helping to gather one teacher from each state. Eventually we will need your name, grade level, and school address. If you want to send that to me in an email now, I can put that on the master list.

If you are unfamiliar with the postcard exchange, basically you will send one postcard to every state with some information about your state. In return, you will receive a postcard from every state. How much you do with them in your classroom is up to you, but the options are plentiful. My guess is that there will probably be a set window to send your postcards, but that information will come later.

So, if you do not see your state listed, you could be a part of this great learning opportunity!!!
