Math Wall
By cinaminsweet

Clip to ScrapBook
I have a separate math word wall. I write the vocabulary word on a colored sentence strip and then staple it with the definition card that came in our math kits with it. I have a math bulletin board, so I have the word wall on one side of the board, and math posters and student work on the rest of the board.

When we come to new vocabulary in the book, we'll go over the definition and that's when I put the word on the wall. The rest of the time we're studying that unit, I'll usually begin the lesson by having them review the words.
