Rewards

I agree with mshicks. Teachers should do what works for them in their classroom. Sometimes it seems as though those teachers who do not use rewards look down on or think they are better than those who do use them. I am not big on rewards but I'm not totally against them every now and again. None of us know the exact situation in each others rooms, so what may work for some, may not work for all. Teachers should do what they think is best for them and their students, and not past judgment on a teacher who may do things differently.
