positive principal qualities By ismile

The principal sets the tone for the building. Our principal is leaving and next year we will have a new principal. I think a fresh start is in order for our building as there has been a lot of negative history. My hope is that our new principal will set a tone for healing and harmony, and I truly believe that this individual is capable of doing so.

I think the last post summed it up well...
Being approachable and being willing to listen....that in and of itself will make the difference in a principal.
