Train Whistle By MsPropel

I have a train whistle, I saw some at Big Lots the other day and have seen that at different dollar stores as well. You could make the procedure that they cannot start until they hear the train whistle.

I've had a similar problem in the past. I usually turn to writing the procedure on the board. That way they can't tell me that they don't know what to do!
