Principals

Our Principal meets with all new teachers as well. She is a very well informed Principal who tries to do the best things for the school and the children. She has a tendency to be a micro manager and some people can't stand it. I understand that she is held accountable the things that happen at our school and she feels she has to know about everything that is happening. To some people this is a fault. I see it as she wants to be a good leader. The only complaint I have is she can sometimes be "snippy" without really meaning to be. This offends a lot of people, but I have gotten used to it and I know that's just how she is.
So good principals are different for different kinds of people.
