writing out the procedure, and any other procedures you use on a daily basis. Make the procedure simple, use pictures to help get the meaning across.
I have procedures in my kinder classroom hung on a chartstand. When I go to my chartstand and flip it to the procedure I need, I have the attention of the class immediatley. This also works great when you get new students, they understand the procedures and the review is great for everyone.
