I took a distance learning program through Cumberland University. It took 2 years. I met weekly with a study group and we took semester exams and our cumulative final at the university. I also had to complete a year long research project. I think I learned more from this program than I learned from my traditional BS program.

It is not required but it does make a difference in our pay.
