Masters

Clip to ScrapBook
No from me because:

1. I don't need it to keep my job.
2. Teachers in my district are not paid one dime extra for having one.
3. I am old--3 years from being able to retire.

BUT, that having been said, I get constant training from workshops and seminars that I feel are pertinent to what I am teaching (3rd grade). In fact, I will be going to 4 later in the summer.

For those who don't have a masters and are thinking about it, I would definitely get it before having kids or before they get big enough to get involved in things--I have taken some post graduate courses when my boys were young. Babysitting, soccer practice or SOMETHING always became an issue.
