Masters By NJ Teacher

I got mine going nights over 2 1/2 years. I would have liked going in the summer to shorten it up, but they didn't offer very much in my program, so I was only able to take one summer course. In our district, in order to advance on the salary guide beyond B + 15, you need a Masters. While it is an initial outlay of money (even with the tuition reimbursement we have that equals about one course a year), over the life of your career, you make far more from having one than not in our district.
