I have a Masters in Curriculum and Instruction. I went to a state university that had a partnership with my district. It was offered to first, second and third year teachers and the district basically garnished your wages for the first year, but I got 15 credits from the program. We had a seminar twice a month for about 2 hours. One was with all of the teachers (5 districts participated) and one was with our district. With summer school and taking time off for my wedding, I finished in three years. My other 15 credits were all in the classroom. Good luck!
