something to give/tell parents

Differentiation has been a focus in my school for about 3 years. A difficulty my colleagues and I have is how to handle parents' questions about why their kid is doing something different, as well as helping the parents get involved in the work. I also have a hard time keeping track of who is doing what in my differentiated classroom.
