Daily 5
By stretchberry

Clip to ScrapBook
I have the Daily Five book. It is geared to K-3 classrooms but gives some suggestions for modifying it for use in upper grades. I did not find it very useful for applying in my fourth-grade classroom. There's a preview of chapter 1 on the publisher's site.

Amazon has it with the "look inside" enabled.

I think "Big Blocks" strategies (adapted Four Blocks) and Guiding Readers & Writers are much more helpful and practical.

Just my opinion.
