I'm changing to a money system and a quarterly auction. I'll still do the treasure box once a week.

Before I did a lot of rewards at the beginning and eased up as the school year went on and students met required expectations.

Sometimes I'd just keep smarties or something in my pocket and throw them to the kids that were doing the right things. It got everyone's attention and they loved it!!
