Rewarding Students
By burg4

Clip to ScrapBook
Rewarding students for behaviors is looked down on at the school I am at now. Kids are expected to act appropriate. The other teaching job I had prior to this was teaching kindergarten. I used thestop light for discipline and used the prize box. After doing it both ways, I agree with you. Students should not be rewarded for behaviors that are expected of them. I was having the purchase the reward. I like being able to spend my money on other things.
