When it comes to recess I have one that says "No bees, no honey. No work, no money" We discuss what this means. I then cross out the word "money" and write RECESS. "No bees, no honey. No work, no recess". That really gets their attention. If they haven't completed work, they come inside to finish it. If they have bad behavior, they walk laps around the playground.
