1. Learn the 4th grade curriculum. 2. Prepare reading, math, and science centers. 3. Set up a library check-out system (one that does not involve pockets) 4. Maybe change my discipline plan. 5. Come up with a way to motivate kids to do homework and find a way to manage it effectively. 6. Learn how to effectively organize myself and my classroom so that by this time next year, I won't be running around like a chicken with its head cut off, trying to get myself together. :p
