Report Card Comments Help

This is the first year that I have had to retain a student. As I am filling out my final report cards, I got stuck on the comments. Do I mention in the comments that he will be retained in 3rd grade? I have already conferenced with mom and she agrees with the retention. I've looked at some of the comments on line, but I haven't found any that address retention.
